Consulting Through The Wake

Almost two decades ago now McGowen held an assignment with global responsibilities in knowledge management for marketing management development only anecdotally relevant to the point that while there he developed something of a law that stated: “Knowledge will never penetrate the population faster than a Kelvin wake.” Kelvin wakes are those ripples on a pond behind a duck. Ships at sea produce the same type of wake. Interestingly the angle of those waves are the same for that duck as they are for an aircraft carrier. If the idea is that being outside that wake one does not know something and inside the wake you do, then the solution to knowledge propagation is not bigger mechanisms, it is more of them.  Consequently, the SOLREI INC strategy for knowledge propagation is to enable as many as possible, for free by allowing them to engage materials facilitating learning across civilization as broadly as is possible. Modest licensing is only necessary in revenue generating circumstances. Those fees help us to improve the infrastructure facilitating civilization perceiving and engaging the unified Universe. There are just somethings which should not be automated. The reason is simple, if you automate something bad, it only serves to make bad things happen faster. Traditionally the context of consulting is the organization. The content of consulting is the issue. The catalysts of consulting is the process. The collaborator of consulting is the consultant. Therefore definition of consulting is an assignment in which a consultant and a client seek to resolve a client organizational issue using a specified process. The outcome of the consulting engagement is resolution of the issue. Mode shifting these traditional perspectives essentially conducts a systems review of the enterprise relative to and respective of the unified Universe. Strategically at issue is the existing alignment relative to the unified Universe and the degree to which that organization embraces Elegant Reasonism.

The term “general awareness” refers to being aware of one’s sentiments while subjecting oneself to harsh judgments.

CSAT requires general awareness and extends those concepts to issues regarding enabling mode shifting for effective analysis in context of Elegant Reasonism.


Responsibility is a critical principle of consulting since it aids in determining the appropriate direction and committing to an ongoing effort. Organizations often engage consultants as a sanity check to independently confirm, explain or update, executive conclusions. Elegant Reasonism introduces another dynamic to traditional responsibilities. Consultants have a deep and abiding responsibility to adhere to truth as function of the unified Universe as a core principle.

Solution Focus

Elegant Reasonism based solution-focused Consulting aims to uncover the solutions to a problem in a relatively short period while maintaining the highest level of precision in analyzing other critical elements involved in issue-solving. Helping the organization to navigate the Process Decision Checkpoint Flowchart in order to effectively enable mode shifting for subsequent analysis and treatise development in context of the unified Universe is the central solution focus.


A collection of real action learning concepts in consulting enables the process to begin. The consultant’s responsibility is to ensure that the learner grasps these ideas. It assists in making timely judgments, maintaining a solid work ethic, and engaging in structured learning as appropriate. Conclusions will inevitably emerge when we focus on philosophical discourse rather than their application. Here, consultants contribute to establishing a blame-free environment conducive to the consultants’ overall growth.


Observation compels consultants to become active observers to notice the resilience and hazards during a feat.It identifies areas where individuals may wish to improve or strive harder to overcome their deficiencies. Observation provides consultees with detailed feedback on their technique and performance, which ultimately helps them improve their abilities.


“Directing” refers to a process or approach for appointing, steering, inspiring, advising, managing, and governing people to accomplish organizational objectives. It is a continuous managerial cycle that continues throughout the organization’s life.

Requirements From the unified Universe

When the term unification comes up people generally start looking around the room for a recognizable theoretical astrophysicist or science communicator. As you engage these materials and in the fullness of time, you will recognize the multidisciplinary skill set needed to get through one area or another. In hindsight, we should have seen this coming. Unification it seems demands the ability to characterize credible manifestation of everything real, and some of that requires philosophical questions be answered more than scientific questions. That’s why unification must be considered a philosophical predicate priority consideration entering science and not after you get there. When we first sit down and begin pondering the core constructs which will be employed by a given Encapsulated Interpretative Model (EIM) we must set up those relationships with that priority in mind if for no other reason than those relationships form highly systemic patterns that ripple through out every other construct and concept.  If you have been to this site before, you’ve seen this video, but if this is your first time here then it is relevant here because Richard P Feynman is talking about exactly this issue in a 1950’s era lecture. Even if you’ve seen it before it warrants repeating, because of the profundity of what he is saying. It should be noted that Elegant Reasonism is designed to answer such questions, perhaps for the first time in history.



Business Process Rengineering

Marketplace dynamics and competitive threat are constantly on the minds of business leaders and executive management of any company because they are responsible for delivering shareholder and stakeholder value. Owners of any company demands a reasonable rate of return on their investment (ROI) without excessive costs. The disruptive nature of Elegant Reasonism really has more to do with the nature of the unified Universe than it does the process. All the process really did was uncover that nature, illuminate, then illustrate it. Stepping back from all of this people generally want silver bullets in order to make things as simple as possible. Elegant Reasonism really could not be simpler, but the reason it is perceived as complex is due to preconceived notions already entrenched between your ears. They must be juxtaposed within the framework tools in the area we call the 2D Articulation Layer.

For these and many more reasons enterprise business processes will likely need to be reengineered such that they integrate Elegant Reasonism in order to be able to enable the ability of the organization to perceive the unified Universe much less engage it. Consultants and Systems Engineers will be vital skills in these endeavors. The good news is anyone can get started by simply engaging this website.
