Lighting The Way Forward

Those successfully navigating this phase will experience tacit, palpable, moments unlike anything they’ve ever experienced. Their situational awareness of how the Universe connects and why will carry insights from the underpinnings of mechanics penetratingly across all scales. Elegant Reasonism powerfully comes to life working this phase of the process, because it is where investigators first witness the investigation’s domain of discourse being enabled for mode shifting across the plurality of models. Investigators do more than build out their particular domain of discourse. They connect it to every other Elegant Reasonism based investigation. Every step and stage polishes insights to brilliance unlike any endeavor in prior experience. The reason for the uniqueness of experience can be summed to the single word ‘context’. Successful investigators establish their mission task in the full connected context of the actual real unified Universe, and wielding that power is humbling. Seeing it work at full speed and capability can be an adrenaline rush.

This is the middle general process step. During the first part of this process you identified fundamental abstractions using either our ISO 9001 Unification Tool or your own. Know that they are highly systemic. In all likelihood you will recursively go through these steps consistent with the Process Decision Checkpoint Flowchart and do so many times as insights are illuminated for you. Pick a Paradigm of Interest/Nature (POI/N) and parse our how that POI/N is made manifest by each Encapsulated Interpretive Model (EIM) employed in your investigation consistent with the Elegant Reasonism Rules.

P2.0 Illumination Phase

Reinforced by the fleshed out technologies employed by the investigation, such moments may come at you faster than you can assimilate them. Rediscovering insights that slipped by can be just as awe inspiring. Finding such ‘Easter eggs‘ serve to reinforce meaning and purpose potentially well beyond the boundaries established by the original investigation. Our experience has been that insights become glaringly obvious. Moments become tacit and palpable. You will in the end be awed by how long it took humanity to realize these issues. Words simply fail to describe these moments, and the only words that seem to come close is the ineffable essence of unified truth.While this second phase of an Elegant Reasonism based investigation is a wondrous experience, once you have the basics down, encountering it for the first time can be quite daunting and confusing. The material here and elsewhere on the network is intended to facilitate cognition.

P2.01 Purpose of the Investigation

Review the purpose of your particular investigation and make sure that everyone understands the tactical goals are in reaching any overarching objectives. Make sure everyone understands all inhibitors that exist. Then conduct an appropriate systems review. You will need to know how many elements need to be developed and what can be brought in from other investigations already conducted either by your team or others. Make sure that the purpose is within the scope and scale of the project at hand. Pay careful attention to standards with especial attention given to potential commission of LEEs. Quickly make an initial pass over the frameworks and tools involved plugging in what it is you think everyone knows. This will rapidly let you know where and how to focus available time.

P2.02 Systems Reviews

Essentially systems reviews are quests into what it is we think we know and why. Such reviews are conducted when new science proffers up insights into the fundamental nature of reality. Elegant Reasonism is such an advent. Some areas are affected dramatically. Others only change in so much as why they are true. Still others more subtly. In any case, comprehensive systems reviews are now in order across humanity’s domain of discourse. The point here is to conduct a mini systems review in the specific context of your investigation.

P2.10 Encapsulated Interpretive Models (EIMs)

Content from Phase 1 populates the various input areas of Translation Matrices. The objective is enabling mode shifting for a given investigation. The objective of this phase of the general process is to effectively enable mode shifting so that anyone may navigate the Process Decision Checkpoint Flow Chart. The better this phase is executed will affect that navigation and the effectiveness with which it is carried out. As you read down the middle column of the Generalized Process Flow understand that those must be made manifest by the investigative teams actions in this phase. So the objective in this phase is to complete the intersection cells between individual EIMs relative to and respective of POI/Ns needed by a given investigation. In that intersecting cell one needs to characterize how that EIM makes manifest that particular POI/N.

P2.20 Elegant Reasonism Process & Methods

Elegant Reasonism‘s processes and methods are intended to be iterative and somewhat recursive. As you loop through each phase or part of the process you will make incremental insights, likely with each loop. As you do your thinking becomes attuned what to look for. Your thinking relative to the unified Universe will evolve. Paradigm shifts will likely occur with each pass or every other pass. What may be small observations in one area may be highly systemic and impact many more areas as you anchor evidence chains and establish patterns. Patterns in one EIM may not follow the same relationship patterns in other EIMs. You may explore why only to find greater insights. For example: Going into our original systems review if someone asked us why Newton’s laws were true we might cite one of the equations or aspects of them. Mode shifting those same equations we suddenly realized those answers were not why answers but answers to what. The Emergence Model was why they are true, but you won’t realize that until you can loop through these process to some degree as well. When you can do that you will see what we see. P2.30 Setting Up the Tools

Phase one of the process established an inventory of paradigms and abstractions involved in your investigation. That inventory should have been quantified and codified. You may have used the ISO 9001 Unification tool for that purpose or created your own equivalent tool. You may have used this earlier phase step to begin quantifying and codifying the paradigms of interest within the sphere of your investigation. You may have simply listed these in alphabetical order or you have have organized them in some taxonomy that makes sense to you or your organization. Either way the paradigms of interest occupy the left most column of the 2D Articulation Layer of Translation Matrices. It should be noted that Elegant Reasonism tools like Translation Matrices and the ISO 9001 Unification Tool are not the only tools which may be used in this process. Many tools are available externally from standards organizations or commercial enterprise supporting industry. There are root cause analysis tools, six sigma tools, ISO 9001 QMS tools and many many more.

All activities are conducted to standards defined and provided to investigative teams by sponsors and stakeholders which then work with the various technologies employed by the team through the process & methods herein. Teams then use this information for subsequent analysis. The various activities of investigators, likely as a function of a systems review, will yield micro insights that are then fully developed in Treatise. It should also be recognized that conducting a through ISO 9001 QMS Root Cause Analysis may cause recursive review of each of the three main phases of the generalized process flow. Team members should be prepared for that insight driven advent.

P2.40 Epistemology Integration

Elegant Reasonism is generally construed herein as a superset epistemology in as much as the traditional epistemologies may and/or/are integrated; however, they are statistically weighted relative to their ability to close to unification and manifest everything real consistent with established scientific principle.

P2.50 Translation Matrices Analytics

The number and character of analytic layers will ultimately be determined by the investigative team and dependent upon their original objectives and goals as delivered by stakeholders, management and leadership. Again, we urge everyone to keep things as simple as possible. However, if full blown analytics are required then the list provided on the Translation Matrices page has suggested minimums.

P2.60 Micro Insight Development

Our experience here in P2.0 Illumination is yet another round of insights emerge. We generally refer to these as micro insights. They are a plethora of small details which holistically are leveraged in Treatise often in significant manners. Once or twice through the process and you will experience the same. Describing the experience is somewhat ineffable. When we were mode shifting EMCS01 for example we found ourselves flipping through our 828 pages of notes from the original systems review constantly. So much so that our own table of contents and index sections became references for us, and we wrote the material.

P2.70 Information Taxonomy Development

If the original systems review is any indication investigative teams will find themselves in areas that have never been explored by humanity before. When you do you are very likely going to find yourselves not just the detail set right in front of you but the systemic relationships out to the rest of the unified Universe and that usually requires an understanding of the taxonomic implications of the information. At times you may be forced to create your own taxonomy and then justify, test, and retest it as your understanding improves through process iteration.

P2.80 Systems Review

Fundamentally a systems review is an analytical reconsideration of what it is we think we know and why. Whether the fundamental context is personal, science or business, the essential processes and methodologies are the same. What changes are the objectives. Elegant Reasonism employs three basic phases: Recognition, Illumination, and Analysis conducting its reviews in order to develop a treatise culminating in a final Treatise in full alignment with the actual real unified Universe which is always held litmus. Individuals may conduct their personal reviews in as much or little detail as they wish. Large enterprises will likely chose to conduct such reviews employing ISO 9001 QMS standards and tools like our ISO 9001 Unification Tool or its equivalent. Whether that review conducted under ERCUL using assistance from SolREI Consulting or internally is your choice.

P2.90 ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Standards

ISO 9001 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

All the requirements of ISO 9001 are generic and are intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its type or size, or the products and services it provides.
