Using The Speed of Light Experimentally

Interferometers have been used experimentally since the late 1800’s. Interferometers measure the speed of light (e.g. photons) by displaying wave patterns from two different arms to extract information as a function of the experiment being undertaken. These devices can measure the speed of light, and in the case of LIGO they are used to detect gravity waves. How this information is interpreted is a function of the Encapsulated Interpretive Model (EIM) being employed. Mode shifting such experiments and the resulting data is exhilarating for scientists. We now understand how Langer Epistemology Errors (LEEs) can ensnare empirical thinking. Elegant Reasonism was specifically designed to eliminate LEEs from investigations however it is still new and has yet to be widely adopted.

Michelson and Morley constructed an interferometer on a large block of granite floating in a pool of mercury. The instrument was so sensitive it could detect vibrations from horse traffic outside the building. Their results did not vary with the time of day or month of the year.  The only result delivered was constancy.

Mode Shifting ‘c’

Historically the constant ‘c’ was assigned to the speed of light; however, under Elegant Reasonism that constant mode shifts in The Emergence Model reassigning it resulting from Severance. The velocity remains numerically the same for the speed of light, but the circumstances and why it is true are fundamentally different between recognized Encapsulated Interpretive Model (EIM): M1, M2, M5, and M6.

(M1) Here ‘c’ is assigned to the speed of light. Quantum Mechanics is disconnected from Cosmology with differing domains of discourse primarily segregated by scale. A ‘wave-particle’ duality also exists for photons.

(M5) Here ‘c’ is assigned to photon velocity produced during emission cascade under EFPS1 resulting in Severance of the photon from an electron. Wave-particle duality is eliminated and otherwise reconciled as a function of The Fundamental Entanglement Function, limited by Severance across the entire entanglement gradient as a function of the architectural masses in the Event Frame. Wave pattern interactions occur within an Event Frame and the results driven by the circumstances of the particular experiment. The core constructs here are defined in a manner which allows for a common geometric basis point and fully coupling of all reference frames as demanded by unification criteria. This reconciles, for example, architectural photons traversing the intervening geodesic between BX442 and the HST unmolested save for EFPS2 interactions. Defined in this manner we must recognize that all electrons are essentially the same configuration and within local environment will always suffer Severance at essentially the same value which produces the observed experimental constancy. What is distinct is that The Emergence Model would then expect their to be a cosmological potential for measured velocities and that is exactly what we find in evidence provided by Edwin Hubble and his spectroscopic analysis. We must then recognize the logical rationalization of the Inflationary Theory associated with the Big Bang as being derived as a function of logic artifact associated with M1 or M2. The Inflationary Theory fully unravels in context of Black Hole growth since the corollary of rapid expansion is infinite compression which in that context can not be reconciled.  Fully mode shifting photon behavior across the entanglement gradient, we are then able to completely articulate the unified Universe Bang to Bang consistent with M5’s fundamental core constructs and the unified Universe. What this means is that photon behavior is consistent across scale, employs a common geometric basis point in Event Frames capable of fully coupling all fundamental forces as a function of The Fundamental Entanglement Function, limited by Severance.

Summary In Treatise

The speed of light (e.g. Photon Velocity) is as constant as it is because the system producing it is the same across the entire entanglement gradient of the unified Universe. Particles follow a consistent entanglement pattern due to the intrinsic nature of MBPs and not any other factor. That intrinsic nature derives two fundamental processes: The Fundamental Entanglement Function, limited by the other: Severance producing configurations of MBPs generally construed to follow Knot Theory. It is Knot Theory which produces consistency factors and that is ultimately a derivative of the same intrinsic nature, thus reinforcing the essential concepts of unification.

We further show and discuss that Hubble’s Red & Blue shifts then are cosmological velocities for photons which holds even deeper implications for the actual size and age of our portion of the unified Universe. When we further integrate insights from mode shifting the WMAP data we ultimately conclude that the statistical circles noted in that data imply that in context of the Bang to Bang insights that “the” unified Universe is a great deal larger than “our” portion of it which is within our particle horizon. We are therefore forced to mode shift our thinking which brings us to a conclusion that we must endeavor forward with a more comprehensive systems review in to what it is we think we know and why.
