Who we share your data with
The company shares information with technology partners needed and necessary to conduct your business with us. SOLREI INC follows the privacy requirements of the Privacy Act, which protects your personal information that we maintain in what is called a system of records. A system of records is a file, database, or program from which personal information is retrieved by name or other personal identifier. In other words, the Privacy Act applies when we use your personal information to know who you are and to interact with you – such as when you provide information to request a product or service, register on SolREI.co, or submit an inquiry or complaint. The Privacy Act provides comprehensive protections for your personal information. This includes how information is collected, used, disclosed, stored, and discarded.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Your contact information
Your profile information is privileged information and is used for internal purposes only in order to bring you the best experience possible. We consider this an issue of privacy and work hard to make sure that the technology is performing its function. Technology administration only encounters your data as a function of assuring the integrity of the software supporting the systems we employ.
How we protect your data
We are hosted on firewalled systems within a monitored network. For obvious reasons we will not get into specific about how we protect your data because that only aides hackers. We review the technology we employ to make sure that it is state of the art. Any breaches or penetrations are dealt with as swiftly as humanly, and as legally possible. Interlopers may interpret that we will pursue illegal attempt to breach our systems to the fullest extent of the law, treaty, and tradition.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We are in a remarkable period in history. Our company has filed and received patent pending 16405134 status on something we call Elegant Reasonism. Beyond the actual definition of the patent’s accomplishment in and of itself, the implications are astonishing. Candidly they are a little scary. Denial is a powerful thing and there are many who do not want to admit that status quo thinking is not sufficient. Their adherence to traditionally institutionalized manners of thinking will be judged not by us but by history. What we can tell you is that we are information technology specialists. It is our intent to implement technology in such a manner that it is consistent with the standards of the founding documents that are the crucible of the United States. What that means is that the individual is our primary focus, purpose, and intent. It is our intent to redirect our automated systems to support your understanding of our insights.
Any profiling performed is intended to help you learn better. Because we do not confuse intellect with education nor of schooling. That’s why we refer to people engaging us to understand “Learners”, because some ‘learners’ are at school and others are at home or in businesses. Others are just retired and curious. We want to help you wherever you are regardless of your circumstances. The actual real unified Universe is not ours, we belong within it, not the other way around. All we can hope to do is present what we know in the context of science as defined by current, state-of-the-art, modern civilization defines it. Having said that it does not end there because Elegant Reasonism is also an epistemology which seeks truth as a function of the real unified Universe. Epistemologies are intrinsically types of philosophy. As humanity comes to grips with truth as a function of alignment with the real unified Universe, cognizance of the implications of unifying philosophy and science also become ever more salient. Critical thinking illuminates the proper path. Science dictates the methodology. And it is not lost on us what we have done and that history is going to judge us all. Our intent is to do the right thing for the right reasons for exactly these observations.
Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
Our Patent Pending 16405134 Elegant Reasonism intellectual asset was filed on May 7th, 2019. We are engaging appropriate agencies to develop language across the spectrum of civilization and human endeavor which protect, and nurture, the individual consistent with the standards of the founding documents that are the crucible of the United States.
