Holistic Metacognitive Analysis

Metacognition is, put simply, thinking about one’s thinking. More precisely, it refers to the processes used to plan, monitor, and assess one’s understanding and performance. Metacognition includes a critical awareness of a) one’s thinking and learning and b) oneself as a thinker and learner. At issue here relative to Elegant Reasonism are the metacognitive issues that arise as a function of the plurality of Encapsulated Interpretive Models (EIMs), preconceived ideas, belief systems at play spanning the spectrum of an investigation both before, during, and after. This necessarily includes stakeholders, investors, and sponsors of the investigation relative to the investigation’s leadership. The actual real unified Universe cares not one nit about those stakeholders, investors, or sponsors, and so there is a political element here as well. The analysis performed here is in context of the holistic Elegant Reasonism based body of work conducted by an investigative team whose materials conform to the realm of the c’s and is in every regard considered ‘in Treatise’.

Global enterprise will likely find this analytical layer somewhat daunting. There will be much which needs mode shifting from their systems review. They will likely find help prioritizing the work here from other analytical layers and areas or maybe even additional layers the investigative team determines appropriate. The Bayesian layer can help with before, during and after statistics and help determine educational roadmaps which may be applicable here.

Transformational Leadership

The company strongly encourages Elegant Reasonism be wielded within or across any enterprise employing transformational leadership skills. Investigators may want to consider including HR specialists on their team. Every individual will perceive developed insights differently and the enterprise must cope and adapt with empathy and compassion as appropriate for the circumstances.

Investigative Considerations

Hard science is a cold master. True as what Langer reports investigators, management and administrators must remember is that every single individual on this Earth both living and gone has committed Langer Epistemology Errors (LEEs). Everyone means without exception everywhere. No one anywhere is innocent of these errors. Not even the guy who invented this.  Investigations should be approached humbly with great humility, empathy, and compassion. It can not be encouraged too much that efforts be transformational in their leadership and execution. There are practical aspects to what must be done and every circumstance is going to be unique. All we can suggest is that they be handled appropriately and in full context.

Deployment Considerations

Deployment considerations include the same stipulations as the investigation considerations. Deployment should be transformational in nature. Effort should be made to understand the paradigm shifts needed and that consideration alone may take strong consulting skills leveraging insights as a function of In Unification’s Wake, Part 03: Communications and those associated skills as well as great sensitivity to the issues and challenges at hand.

Enterprise Value Chain

How any given enterprise internalizes execution of their business plan In Unification’s Wake, Part 05: Business Impact will likely be unique. The competitive dynamics there will determine the strategic sustainability of the enterprise through time. The stages of grief may not be confined to individuals but enterprise wide. Senior management must be open minded, wield Elegant Reasonism transformationally, and lead by example.  Remember the philosophy of value derivation (e.g. axiology) has now mode shifted alignment with the unified Universe and if your organization is not so aligned then there are competitive exposures which will need to be addressed one way or another.
