Measures of Quantitative Assessment

Metrics are measures of quantitative assessment, but there is an implied unstated question “of what exactly”. Generally speaking metrics will be used in management or analysis review on a regular basis to maintain or track performance, opinions, business strategies, and a great deal more about business areas or processes. There is a common thread through all of these various areas to which Elegant Reasonism brings new challenges, and those distinctions are the fundamental interpretive context. That is to say, that all of these business areas are systemically a function of fundamental foundational context which is ultimately established by recognized Encapsulated Interpretive Models (EIMs). The question then becomes how does the use of metrics change within Elegant Reasonism in order to maintain effective use of ISO 9001 QMS standards?

Elegant Reasonism Metrics

Any discussion of metrics must be in context of what Elegant Reasonism is and what it represents. Elegant Reasonism is an epistemology supported by a utility process employing a framework which holistically seek truth as a function of the unified Universe as a philosophical predicate priority consideration entering science, business and industry.  There are subtleties across these domains of discourse and their constituent detail sets, any one of which could consume lifetimes of study and investigation. Obviously we need to be expedient and focus on the task at hand and in the moment.

Execution Metrics

Execution metrics focus on the efficiency and effectiveness relative to and respective of fully compliant Treatise development as a function of the unified Universe.

Epistemological Metrics

Human resources are some of the most challenging areas to contend with. Elegant Reasonism is disruptive not just to business enterprise but to fundamental belief systems, all of which must be respected. Affecting paradigm shifts to any effect must be individual personal decisions. We strongly encourage Elegant Reasonism to be wielded transformationally.

Bayesian Analytics

The good news in all of this is that we are afforded the opportunity to leverage what it is we think we know relative to the same paradigms now mode shifted into alignment with the unified Universe and we can use Bayesian analytics to develop education road maps to help everyone, most especially our progeny.

Philosophical Metrics

Unification in hindsight brings with it whole new areas of awareness that have associated question areas that we never fathomed existed much less know to ask those questions. The very nature of what constitutes “the” vs “our portion of” unified Universe changed during the original systems review. The phrase ‘all that is’ now refers well beyond our particle horizon and the ability of any signal to bring any information about it. That concept alone is unsettling in as much as it presents us with questions the answer for which will never be known. People don’t like that situation. None of us do, but there it is. All of this in hindsight will provide philosophers fodder for contemplation for a very long time.

Implications of Unification

Now that the quest for unification is over it is important to understand that requirements are a function of their source. Some are derived from the utility process of Elegant Reasonism and any standards based systems approach to be sure. Other requirments are well beyond any human control and are a function of the unified Universe, whether or not we care for them. Our job is simply to recognize them and learn, cope, and adapt. One thing is certain: metrics must be mode shifted.

Metric Areas

Metric areas are those epicenters of interest necessary in order to support goals and objectives.  Such objectives may be investigative in nature or they may be enterprise based. There are metric areas associated with the utility process that is Elegant Reasonism as well as epistemological benchmarks that may be used relative to education curricula.

Enterprise Metrics

Enterprise metrics serve any organization’s capacity to deliver its strategic brand intent relative to and respective of its business plan.

Marketplace Metrics

Marketplace metrics are those metrics of the global economy and the constituent sectors constituting it.


Market volatility will manifest itself dynamically as a function of value impact.

Value Chain Metrics

Scale of representative value chains may varry depending on focus. If one is focused on a specific enterprise then the value chain is relative to and respective of the market niche and industry partners of that endeavor. If on the other hand we are focused on an entire industry then we may have a broader view as a result.
