Our company objective is to make an enduring difference to civilization. It is our legacy whether or not we like it. We are content to let history be the judge. If accomplishing unification were easy it would have been done a long time ago. If it did not require a flight above the forest those blinded by the trees would have seen the solution a long time ago. Unfortunately many have forgotten ancient intrepidity innovating beyond materials capabilities that cost them everything. Recursively we documented those long ago failures, quantifying and codifying algorithms and formulas to match experiment and empirical evidence. Witnesses carried that knowledge forward and folded it back against what it was we all thought we knew, to the degree that it did not interfere with the value they strove to deliver. Competition has been alive and well for centuries, but it came at a cost. Success blinded us all as to the source of that inspiration. It still does in many circles. In hindsight unification is about integration not segregation. That fact alone demands a tapestry a great deal larger than any single discipline, indeed it demands them all. Hindsight shows us just how misguided it is to pursue a narrow focus on something which by definition must manifest everything real.


The Universe is unified regardless of our thinking about or of it. Therefore if we do not perceive how that unification is made manifest then it is our thinking that is flawed, not the Universe. We must pursue all avenues and everything must be on the table for consideration in such pursuits. I’d like to state that we knew all this going into our systems review but nothing could be further from the truth. At the time we recognized almost none of this. Every insight has been hard won.

  • Unification requires manifestation of integration capabilities for everything real
  • Unification demands employment of a single common geometric basis point for all real objects in every frame of reference
  • Unification demands all fundamental forces be fully coupled to all real objects in every reference frame
  • Unification demands isotropic concept linkage spanning all scales across the entanglement gradient
  • Unification necessarily integrates philosophy and science
  • Unification implies simultaneity of truth relative to and respective of the unified Universe

Recognizing Alternatives

There is an old puzzle used by transformational leaders worldwide. We articulate the puzzle here not to present the puzzle but to illuminate the process of recognizing the solution in ourselves. On a clean writing surface place three equidistant rows of three equidistant dots in each such that they outline a square. The objective is to connect 100% of the dots with exactly four (4) straight lines without retracing any line nor picking up your writing instrument. The point here are the various interpretive paradigms obfuscating solution recognition. Giving someone the solution essentially deprives them of recognizing needed paradigm shifts within themselves. Consequently we are not going to provide the solution here because recognizing those elements in yourself relative to the solution is important.

  • Do you understand why status quo thinking can not accomplish unification?
  • Do you recognize the implications of the spacetime-mass interface?
  • Abstractions tend to insulate and isolate higher ordered ideas from lower ordered details. Do you recognize the epistemological implications of mistaking abstractions for reality?
  • Just because something is logically correct does not necessarily mean it is also physically descriptive. Do you understand those distinctions?
  • What must change inside you in order for you to make the journey to the precipice allowing perception of the unified Universe so you may engage it?

Such paradigm shifts are individually unique. As are commission of Langer Epistemology Errors (LEEs), not to mention the resulting implications. If you are ready to embrace a larger tapestry then step forward and engage Elegant Reasonism.

A single point out of context can obfuscate the tapestry. However, holistically, when we can weave the entire tapestry to illuminate and illustrate incessantly then we must take notice of the compelling nature being presented.

Details Matter

We rhetorically ask why is it that entrepreneurs succeed? What is the source of inspiration? Does your enterprise nurture wild ducks or does it hunt them to extinction? An even more important question which arises from these ponderings seeks to understand that source of inspiration relative to institutionalized bastions working with status quo resources vs those of the entrepreneur? What contractual inhibitors are imposed by any given entity which result in Knowledge Barriers? Benjamin Franklin, in 1758, introduced a poem in an edition of Poor Richard’s Almanac saying: “A Little Neglect May Breed Great Mischief” and then printed this proverb:

“For want of a nail, the shoe was lost.
For want of a shoe, the horse was lost.
For want of a horse, the rider was lost.
For want of a rider, the battle was lost.
For want of a battle, the kingdom was lost,
And all for the want of a horseshoe nail.”

The point here is that there are little details forming clues as to the strategic mistakes we all made that brings us to this highly inevitable point in history. Not until we lock down and inventory abstractions employed in paradigms and then document the interrelated paradigm stacks responsible for systemic perception of evidence do we begin to realize the source of challenges we face. We are forced to set aside liberal definitions and demand accuracy, precision, resolution relative to and respective of encapsulated ideas. We may then inventory sets of such encapsulated constructs in vast volumes akin to pharmacology texts illustrating permutations of elixirs and medicines in attempts to understand systemic implications of symptoms, cause as well as healing affect to great effect.

Brutal Honesty

Successful entrepreneurs are usually brutally honest with themselves. When they make a mistake they reassess, learn, adapt, cope and move on toward their strategic objective. Regarding unification there are some very hard questions that must be asked and answered. As strategic business consultants we have no pony in the race to unification and we are beholden to no one. We are not vested in the status quo. As a result we were under less pressure to ask those questions and seek answers which drove us where we needed to go during our original systems review. We don’t think we have any special interpretive skills that others can not learn. On the contrary, we are showing everyone exactly how we came to the conclusions we did and will provide enough information that anyone, anywhere, can follow us as they determine appropriate.

Liberation Through Recognition

The realization of the logical nature of the M1 Encapsulated Interpretive Model (EIM) and liberating as that may be it does not free anyone from the process’s rigor and discipline required in order to connect all the dots, lock down evidence chains and establish credible relationships through science. Information sciences was next to non-existent in 1905. Today the Systems Engineering Body of Knowledge (SEBoK) serves to provide an introductory overview of advances in that area of science. In hindsight we realize that unification is about understanding everything real relative to everything else. Consequently those that work to segregate philosophy from science misunderstand the requirements of unification which demands integration not segregation. Elegant Reasonism is an epistemology supported by a utility process employing an analytical framework which seeks truth as a function of the unified Universe as a philosophical predicate priority entering science. Consequenty though we are freed in order to consider incremental EIMs we are not free of satisfying the requirements demanded by unification.

Obfuscating Pitfalls

Mistaking abstractions for actual reality is a fatal epistemological mistake that has constrained humanity’s collective thinking for thousands of years. Recognizing the implications of Langer Epistemology Errors (LEEs) for what they are in the full context of the Systems Engineering Body of Knowledge (SEBoK) empowers critical situational awareness thinking beyond traditional competitive boundaries. When we fail to integrate details or rationalize them away as not needed we only serve to strengthen the shackles imposed by logic traps created by such errors.

Mode Shifting Einstein

The first thing anyone should expect employing a plurality of EIMs is contextual thinking modes of any given Paradigm of Interest/Nature (POI/N) relative to and respective of each EIM. Also know that two fundamental types of investigations exist; a normal scientific investigation and an investigation into a net new EIM. While the former may be exceedingly challenging it pales in comparison to how difficult the latter is. The latter type of investigation penetrates every real concept and object without exception while the former is constrained to the POI/Ns involved in your investigation.

LEEs Empiricism Trap

We are reminded that Galileo spend the remainder of his life under house arrest because he dared question the status quo interpretation of reality. Plato recognized many of these issues in his allegory of The Cave in Book 7 of The Republic.

Recognize Simultaneous Truths

Part of the issue here is not necessarily in recognition but what to do about it when you do see it. In this video Feynman makes the point that traditionally science can not distinguish his example theory A and theory B. However, that is no longer the case. Now we have a new set of tools against such scenarios. We can ask which of those theories closes to unification and now we have a process to follow.


Rhetorically we ask if one closes to unification and one does not are those theories really identical or just logically simultaneously true? The distinction matters and in this video Feynman remarks about the internals of such models. Elegant Reasonism reconciles these issues and processes them with a utility process employing an analytical framework which seeks truth as a function of the unified Universe as a philosophical predicate priority consideration entering science. Part of that process is employing a plurality of Encapsulated Interpretative Models (EIMs) exactly because not EIMs manifest Paradigms of Interest/Nature (POI/N) in the same manner. That is the POI/N is instantiated in a different manner by different EIMs even though they each potentially represent simultaneous logical truths (e.g. the consequences calculated are all exactly the same and they likely all agree with experiment). The distinguishing characteristic then is closure and alignment.

Be Outside Comfort Zones

Take any industry in the global economy over the last century and then look at the ranked list of participants by decade. Why do those enterprises shift position on your lists and why do some of them disappear forever? Why do new participants apparently out of thin air?  Entrepreneurs are willing to do what status quo is not, is the short answer. Did you know that at the time Albert Einstein wrote his paper he was not any sort of professor? Nope, he was a patent clerk in Bern, Switzerland and was studying to advance his education. He was in essence, at the time, an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurs are never comfortable with status quo. They constantly seek to improve their surroundings and are sometimes irritatingly incessant about it.

Do Not Be Blinded By Success

The traditional manner in which we conceive reality and test it scientifically has been the most successful method ever devised by humanity. There is an old adage that says if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. The rhetorical question on the table percolates in the epicenter around whether or not you think what we have been doing is or is not broken. Personally I would not claim it is broken but it does need some updating if not outright overhauling in some areas. The traditional methods have produced stunningly awesome successes. However, none of that success will ever close to unification and in that realization we are forced to not just ask why but determine what is to be done about the answers we find.


Entrepreneurs are usually an optimistic lot. The original systems review fueled our optimism. Every time we tried to break the model or the approach we only succeeded in making them both stronger. Professionals in industry would review our materials, and those vested in traditional status quo positions circled their wagons to defend the bastions. Science is supposed to consider all alternatives. Funny thing about birds of a feather flocking together always seem to perceive everything in the same manner. The problem with that is the old proverb that states if the only tool one has is a hammer then all the world appears as a nail.

Be Optomistic

Being optimistic does not mean you delude yourself. Einstein once said: “Everyone is a genius, but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree it will live its life believing it is stupid.” There are many euphemisms which, in hindsight have been telling us all about the clues all around us throughout history. We simply had not gained enough insight to apply them correctly. We would argue that only now has information sciences matured to the point where the fundamental factors leading to unification can be appropriately applied and leveraged.

Believe In What You Do

Unification was never our original goal or objective, it was an accidental result from our systems review into impact dynamics across the solar system.  In fact we had accomplished unification two years earlier than even we recognized in our own studies and notes. Our point about denial is something we personally experienced, so expect it in yourself. The point here is not about it existing, rather what you do about it when you recognize it both in yourself and in others. Lead discussions with others transformationally.

Love What You Do

We have experienced anger, attacks, verbal abuse, and much more in our quest to articulate all of this to civilization and while we do not enjoy any of that we also understand that those folks are not yet on the precipice. They can not fathom the evidence chains as yet nor recognize the power of the process, much less other EIMs. They will learn in their own time and in the mean time, we filed with the USPTO and are bringing Elegant Reasonism to global enterprise. The train has left the proverbial station. Do as you will. This ship has sailed and the puppy hunts.

Know Your Mode Shifted Business

Paraphrasing Sun Tzu who said  “Know your enemy, know yourself and 1000 battles you will win” we must step back from our business plans and actual execution strategies and determine In Unification’s Wake the business impact of all this. Embrace Elegant Reasonism and get your business execution plan mode shifted as quickly as possible in order to defend existing portfolios before your competition mode shifts your assets out from under your feet. Preferably before your competition does and slays you with their insights. This is not a time for apathy to drive your thinking. Sitting back and waiting will only speed your own demise. Competition and volatility are both about to get very Darwinian.

Know Your Customer

You can lead a horse to water but you can not make them drink. All anyone can do is present the fodder and ask questions. Many questions of which we know those not yet on the precipice of unification can not answer. Part of the problem and challenge is that they also refuse to believe those questions can be answered. If one does not try to look then neither will they see, much less understand.

Understand Competition

Elegant Reasonism is a disruptive technology exactly because you won’t see it coming if you are not prepared to seek truth as a function of the unified Universe. The only defense against it is wielding it more powerfully than your competition. Part of the reason for this is that patterns made manifest by one EIM are not necessarily visible to any other EIM. Encapsulation boundaries often preclude such perceptions much less engagement. So, for example, one experimenter might believe himself in contact with a parallel universe when in fact he is simply tapping a pool of Preons and providing the energy necessary to manifest those results. Only by mode shifting the entire endeavor can they know the truth relative to and respective of the unified Universe. They question is how many resources will they consume before they recognize these issues?

Elegant Reasonism is here. This Genie is out of the bottle never to be constrained again.
