The pursuit of excellence requires focus on strategic brand intent. What is it you do. SolREI’s focus is on strategic sustainability. Certainly it means endurance. It means critical situational awareness thinking across all biospheres that are our collective homes. It does not necessarily mean we are tree huggers at the expense of being able to build houses out of lumber. It means we must work to integrate sustainable strategies that are intrinsically holistic and synergistic. These tasks are not easy, nor are they often simple. They require high skills in staying present during conflict.

Elegant Reasonism Excellence

What happens though if perceptions of quality are formed in a vacuum? What framework might be required in order to preclude instances of the Dunning-Kruger Effect? Contemplating such issues you might decide to get an independent survey or review conducted to make sure the consultant sees what you think you see. Everyone sees and interprets things just a bit differently right? Carl Sagan pointed out that libraries of the world contain millions of books, and no human can read them all in a lifetime. The issue therefore, Carl argues, is being smart enough to pick the right book. There is an even more fundamental issue. What if the core constructs on which civilization has been using to gain its various successes only manifested ‘context’ in a logically correct fashion? Would you comprehend the implications of that circumstance? Do you know what that means? Essentially it is the same issue pointed out by Sagan, but the issue is selecting strategic consultants not books. You need one that comprehends not just survey data but comprehensive business processes, and in the full context of the global economy. Maybe more important than those activities is that we now hold the worldwide patent on engaging in the context of the unified Universe, and that brings a whole new character to these points. Modern society is built on “empiricism”, that philosophy of knowledge that produces demonstrable evidence between humans. The problem with empiricism is that latter point, and the physiology manifesting the interpretations of what it is they experience. Being able to repeat logically correct circumstances only serves to solidify the logical correctness of the assertions, not whether or not they align with the unified Universe. Only that the unified Universe is fully capable of supporting the logical view asserted. The reverse is not necessarily true. In fact, status quo thinking can not unify physics. That is a simple, cold, hard fact. While the question ‘why not’ might be interesting, an even more interesting question is ‘what are the implications because this is true?’ is an even more astounding question. The original systems review conducted by us had unification as a predicate objective requiring us to conduct root cause analysis across what we now call the Emergence Model Sieve 1 set of concepts. Elegant Reasonism parlance would say ‘we had to enable mode shifting for each of those concepts‘.


Six Sigma is a defect identification process employed by business and quality management efforts across enterprises of all sizes across the global economic landscape. Here’s what should scare the living daylights out of every business owner and shareholder. If your ‘sigma defect’ list is M1 based, it is inherently flawed, and it is flawed for exactly the reason that it is impossible for you to perceive Langer Epistemology Errors. You can not perceive these errors because you are ensnared within what constitutes a logic trap, one of epic proportions to be sure. Mired nevertheless and it is like searching for a penny in the corner of a round room. You will never find it because there is no corner of that room.

Ignoring the implications of the limitations of human physiology and the senses that manifest our perceptions sets up conditions for failure despite empiricism. That is one reason Elegant Reasonism constitutes a net new epistemology, one that can span scales across all orders of complexity. The Emergence Model, produced as a function of Elegant Reasonism connects quantum mechanics with cosmology.  This model allows us to describe the Universe Bang to Bang.  When we do, we suddenly realize that it must unify a great deal more than just physics, and here again Elegant Reasonism shines brighter than ever.


Quality has new levels of accomplishment and attainment effective May 7th, 2019. If your ISO 9001 QMS standards tie out to M1 thinking, then you are obsolete. If you do not know what Langer Epistemology Errors are, then you certainly have no clue whether or not you are committing them. There are now new levels of rigor, discipline, and effort required in order to demonstrate quality, and it requires alignment with the unified Universe. It requires a framework whose very purpose seeks truth as a function of the actual real unified Universe. If your processes, metrics, measurements, and efforts do not so align, you are obsolete.

Ringing The Bell

To some ringing the bell might mean success. To trainee undergoing BUDs training to be a US Navy SEAL, it means you gave up. Ringing the bell is not a good thing because it means you quit. What good does writing some cogent dissertation accomplish if the predicate facts do not close to unification? Those facts may close to context, but they do not close to unification. That is, they do not fully comply with what we call the realm of the c’s. We might all pat ourselves on the back for accomplishing such a feat because, after all, it makes complete sense. Right? Yes, and no. Yes, because it meets the criteria of that context, but no, because that context fails to achieve unification. In essence, we rang the bell. We stopped asking critical questions. We asked good questions to be sure, but not as many as are needed to achieve unification. ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS) standards demand we conduct Root Cause Analysis. We do not stop until we know the primary cause of the symptoms we observe, and we must be able to distinguish symptom from cause. Something medical doctors are keenly aware of in diagnosing patients.

Questing Unification

Circa 2005 McGowen comprehended the implications of Einstein’s model being only logically correct. Inquiring if anyone else had answered the questions now being asked, only resulted in blank stares and shrugged shoulders. What that meant was that if these questions were going to be answered, then McGowen had to do that work. Part of that pursuit required determining if McGowen was the first to realize the implications of M1 and M2 being logically correct. Fortunately, he discovered that he was not the first. Susanne K Langer was, and the epistemology error characterizing the mistake people commonly make bears her name to honor her and her body of philosophical work. Holistically that story is linked by the paragraph title here. The point here is that you can not give up. Root Cause Analysis had to be conducted not just to conclusion but for each of the concepts in the Emergence Model Sieve 1 set of concepts.

What are the implications to your business if your thinking is ensnared within a logic trap which precludes you being able to perceive at all the real sigma defects limiting your progress? What it means is that you are reporting false situations to your shareholders. Not intentionally, but you are. What you must do now is learn how to mode shift your thinking into alignment with the unified Universe, and then tell your story. Only then will you limit liability. Only then will you be able to determine truth as a function of the unified Universe. Are you doing that or are you stuck in status quo thinking?

Excellence Never Ends

The pursuit of excellence never ends. The Emergence Model heralds in the unification not just of physics but of philosophy and the fundamental interpretation of existence. For the first time humanity is capable of describing the Universe Bang to Bang. Does that mean we have solved all the problems there are to solve? Absolutely not. There are many questions remaining. Does that mean that no model will ever be better than M5? Probably not. It simply means that M5 closes to unification. It does not mean that some other model may not do a better job than it does. The Elegant Reasonism framework has been crafted in such a way as to expect that eventuality and integrates it into its process & methods.

The Full Measure Must be Incessant

We noticed on the wall of a car dealership the observation that “Winning is not normal and those who consistently win follow an ‘abnormal’ path. The discipline, dedication, and sacrifices are incomprehensible to those thousands standing outside, looking in, who are capable of joining the winning team, yet unwilling to pay the price of admission. Winners win in a fair effort, on a level playing field; because they deserve to win. They willingly pay their dues in full, time after time, after time.” Easily lost in this description of winning is what constitutes ‘a full measure’ and the metrics associated with ‘a win’. If those things are construed in terms of money or profit at the expense of customers and clients, then they fail.

The ‘full measure’ must intrinsically integrate Elegant Reasonism holistically. It must adhere to ISO 9001 QMS standards across all Elegant Reasonism phases of Recognition, Illumination, and Analysis during the development of any treatise on its way to achieving full compliance with the realm of c’s in the final Treatise.

Fully Measured Compliance

Make no mistake: the actual real Universe is unified, whether or not your thinking about it is or not. What should give you great pause arises from the implications of your thinking, if what it is you propose is not aligned with that unified realm. What should matter is not what you do see, but what is it you do not see,  is important, relevant, and of value. Does that value drive strategic insight? Does that value deliver strategic value not only for you and your enterprise but for your customers and clients.

The pursuit of excellence across this domain of discourse requires recursive pursuit of root cause analysis. It is not a game you want to lose. This game matters exactly because civilization depends on our collective, cogent, situational awareness to be fully compliant and fully measured against the actual real unified Universe always held litmus. Maybe at some point in the future someone will recognize our pursuit of excellence and what we have brought to civilization and together help drive synergy never before attained.
